Ever since I was a little girl....I always knew I had intuitive abilities.  I just knew things...especially when it came to  animals.   I remember one instance when our family was on a camping trip and I insisted that my parents take me to a pay phone to call home because I knew something was wrong with one of my animals.  I was right!  When I was on my honeymoon, I knew my cat had passed.  Morbid, maybe, but I was right then too.  I knew a lot of things.  I wondered why I knew these things, but I kept quiet about it.  I'd grow to learn my Grandmother had these abilities as well.

As I was growing up and coming into adulthood,  my gifts were becoming stronger and stronger.....and little did I know, I was apparently ready to move on to something even more divine.

 

I became very "aware"... and a series of incredible events started to unfold,  meetings with people,  conversations,  intuitive visions, people I'd never met before coming up to me and telling me things that somehow I already knew.   People I knew I'd met before.....in another lifetime.   People would give me things...strangers...and tell me, "Here, take this, you need this for your healing journey".  Was I on a healing journey??  Apparently I was.   I've since learned, when you are ready to heal yourself, then you are ready to heal others.  I remember one instance when I was at an animal sanctuary and rescue.  I stood in the paddock and I cried, and I cried and I couldn't stop.  I knew what I was feeling.....even though these animals were in a safe, loving environment now....I was feeling all the pain they had gone through to get there.   I could feel all of it.  

 

I had this overwhelming message telling me to just throw my arms up in the air, that I would be safe, and the Universe was going to unfold as it should.   And it did...and it is.  I can feel each time I graduate to a new level...to a higher level.  Sound crazy??  I know, and some things I can't explain...but one thing is for sure....this is a gift.  And I am grateful.

I am a healer.  I have been "called" to embark upon a mission of unconditional love and discernment to serve people and animals.     In a dream one night,  in a voice that was clear as a bell (and I will never forget), I was specifically "told" in no uncertain terms, to learn and pass along the lessons of wisdom, knowledge and understanding.  Just like that!  I immediately woke up, sat up, and knew that what had just happened was real....in fact, it was divine.  I literally sat right up and said to myself, "Holy crap, I think I just spoke to God!"  At that point I knew I was going through a Spiritual Awakening.   Now previously, had anyone ever said that to me before, I would have no understanding of what it meant, how it felt or probably paid any attention.......until it happened to me.  Some say it can happen after a very traumatic life or death event.  (We'll save the details of that story for another day!) 

 

One day while sitting at my desk doing my full time job, I wrote down.....Balance357....just like that!!   And I actually said to myself... "Now what are you trying to tell me today Universe?"  Well, it was telling me, it was time!  It was time to bring my gifts to light and to take the next step.  And so Balance357 Holistic Wellness & Energy was born.  But why?  Why that name?  And here's what I found.  How fitting.

"Balance" 

• signifies harmony and moderation in all areas of life, promoting equilibrium between work and rest, material and spiritual growth, and relationships with others.

• Symbolized by the triangle, representing balance between body, mind, and spirit

• The Holy Trinity:  The Father, The Son, The Holy Spirit

• The union of Mind, Body, Spirit

• Many cultures and belief systems relate 3 to Growth, Harmony and Divine Guidance.

• The 3 Stages of Life:  Childhood, Adulthood, Old Age

• Time:  Past, Present, Future

• The Animal Kingdom:  Animals, Plants, Minerals

• Spirituality, Intuition and Inner Wisdom

 

So quietly over the years,  I've allowed myself to be open.  I've been learning, I've been learning more, I've been studying and I've been practicing.

And now....it's time to bring Balance357 to you.

    

 I truly believe that in order to heal, you have to  balance your mind, your body and your spirit.   It has become a journey of peace, harmony and unbelievable gratitude for my own life.....and I am so thankful that I get to share my gifts with you.
